The first CRM you won't hate.
Text your leads the second they arrive, work every conversation in one shared inbox, and stay carrier-compliant without thinking about it.
Or text the live demo below and watch your own message land in a real JNTO inbox.
Whoever texts first, wins.
A new lead is deciding who to go with right now — usually within minutes. If your first message goes out tomorrow morning, you're already second. JNTO fires it in seconds, automatically, then hands the conversation to you.
Leads in. Texts out. You close.
Three steps, and the first two run without you.
Bring your leads in
Upload a CSV — up to 100,000 rows — and map the columns once. Duplicates are handled, landlines and Do-Not-Call numbers screened out before they're added.

Automations text them instantly
Build a flow once — first text, wait, follow-up, email. Attach it to a pipeline stage or a campaign and every new lead gets it without you touching anything.

You close in one inbox
Every reply lands in a shared inbox. Dossier on the left, conversation in the middle, notes and tasks on the right. Move a lead through your pipeline with one click on the status pill.

Built for teams that live in the inbox.
Texting is the core. Everything around it is there so you never have to leave.
Auto Campaigns
Upload a list, pick a sequence, pick your numbers, launch. Up to 100K contacts per campaign, spread across numbers for deliverability.
Automation flows
SMS, wait, and email steps. Trigger from a pipeline stage, a bulk enrollment, or a campaign.
Shared inbox
One thread per lead, your whole team on it. Triage unread replies by channel so nothing gets missed.
Voice calling
Call from the browser, forward to your mobile when you're away. Call history stays on the lead next to the texts.
Branded email
Send from your own domain with templates and merge tags — right alongside SMS in the same conversation.
Best time to send
A heatmap of when your leads actually reply, so you schedule outreach into the hot spots instead of guessing.
Quick replies
Saved answers with /shortcuts and merge tags. Answer the common questions in one keystroke.
Compliance built in
10DLC registration, DNC checking, and litigator blocking are part of the product, not a bolt-on.

Know what's working.
- Response rate, pipeline, and conversion — with the trend against last period.
- Best time to send — which days and hours your leads actually reply.
- Winning scripts — your message openers, ranked by the replies they get.
Compliant by default, not by bolt-on.
Business texting in the US runs on 10DLC. Most tools leave you to figure it out. JNTO doesn't.
- Trust Hub walks you through brand and campaign registration, step by step, inside the app.
- DNC and landline screening on import, so flagged numbers are never added in the first place.
- Known litigators are always blocked — regardless of any setting.
- Business hours keep automations from texting anyone at 3am.

Start free. Pay for what you send.
Every plan draws usage from a prepaid balance, so there are no surprises at the end of the month. Bigger commitments get lower per-message rates.

The things people ask before they sign up.
Do I need my own phone number?
No. You buy 10DLC business numbers inside JNTO — pick a state and area code, and they're ready to send from as soon as your brand is registered.
What is 10DLC, and do I have to deal with it?
It's the US carrier program for business texting, and it's required for everyone — not a JNTO rule. The Trust Hub inside the app walks you through brand and campaign registration step by step, so you don't have to learn the carrier rules yourself.
Can I import leads from a spreadsheet or another CRM?
Yes. Upload a CSV, map the columns once, and choose whether matching leads are skipped or updated. Every import is logged with exactly what was added, skipped, or rejected, so nothing disappears silently.
Can my whole team work the same inbox?
Yes. Organizations let a team share brands, numbers, and campaigns, and every conversation lives in a single thread everyone can see.
What happens when a lead replies STOP?
They're marked opted out immediately and JNTO won't message them again. Opted-out leads can't be moved back into an active pipeline stage, so nobody on your team can text them by accident.
Is there a contract?
The Free plan has no commitment, and Basecamp is month-to-month. Growth and Agency are 12-month commitments in exchange for lower per-message rates and a usage allowance built into the monthly price.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes. The Playground is the full product running on simulated leads — nothing sends, nothing is charged, and the simulated leads even text you back. And the live demo at the top of this page lets you text a real JNTO inbox from your own phone.
Stop losing leads to slow follow-up.
